BackToBirth provides AI-powered extraction and verification of aviation release certificates (EASA Form 1 and FAA 8130-3). The product is deployed on-premise within the customer's infrastructure. This website serves as a marketing and information resource, and provides a contact form for demo requests.

You may use this website for informational purposes and to request a demo. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website's operation
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website beyond what is publicly provided for LLM consumption (see /llms.txt)
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose

The AeroBench dataset is released under the CC-BY-4.0 licence and may be used in accordance with its terms.

4. Demo Requests & Engagements

Submitting a demo request does not create a contractual obligation on either party. Any engagement, pilot programme, or subscription will be governed by a separate agreement.

Demo sessions involve processing your real certificates on your infrastructure or in a controlled environment. We do not retain copies of certificates processed during demos unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, the benchmark results and metrics displayed on this website are provided for informational purposes and may vary based on document quality and configuration.

BackToBirth is a verification aid, not a replacement for qualified human inspectors. All certificate acceptance decisions remain the responsibility of the customer's authorised personnel.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodesDevs OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on any information provided. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
