BackToBirth is operated by CodesDevs OÜ (registry code 16932614), registered at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Estonia. This policy describes how we handle your information when you visit our website or use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Contact form submissions. When you submit our demo request form, we collect your name, work email, company, role, certificate volume, and message. This data is sent to us via Resend (our email provider) and stored only in our email inbox.

Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects anonymous, aggregated usage data (page views, referrers, device type). No personal data or IP addresses are stored.

Company identification. We use RB2B to identify which companies visit our site via IP-based reverse-DNS lookup. This identifies organisations, not individuals. No personal data is collected through this service.

Bot protection. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify form submissions are from humans. Turnstile is privacy-preserving and does not use tracking cookies.

2. Cookies

We use one first-party cookie (cc_backtobirth) to store your cookie consent preference. This cookie is strictly necessary and expires after 365 days. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your demo request or enquiry
• To send you a confirmation email after form submission
• To understand aggregate traffic patterns and improve our website
• To identify which companies are interested in our services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Processing & Storage

Form submissions are processed by Resend (email delivery) and delivered to our inbox. We do not store form data in a database. Our website is hosted on Vercel.

The BackToBirth product itself processes aviation certificates entirely on your infrastructure (on-premise deployment). No certificate data passes through our servers or any third party.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
